Terms of reference

1. Support the provision of CLE.
2. Play an active role in addressing legislative reforms in Family Law and associated areas by providing appropriate submissions.
3. Provide a point of reference for members.
4. Ensure continued appropriate representation on working committees in the Family Court.
5. Endeavour to play an active and constructive role in the major procedural reforms being introduced in the Family Court
6. Participate in initiatives affecting the bar generally but with particular relevance to Family Law such as the self represented litigants project and providing support for pro bono
