Wednesday 30 May 2012 Jurisdictional Error This seminar will be presented by Jeremy Kirk SC, with comments by Kate Richardson, and will focus on conceptual aspects of jurisdictional error ranging from the relevance of Project Blue Sky to the significance of Kirk, the distinction between jurisdictional error and ‘error of law’ and important considerations regarding the available remedies.
